His own body is not left out of the question as should you see his skin beneath his clothes you would see several stitches covering the course of his body. [Scalpel Specialist] (2 AP) Due to his proficiency with the scalpel not only in surgical means but he has converted his expertise with the small surgical blades into battle, Being capable of creating several cuts with surgical precision in only a few moments in hopes to not only cause continous pain but to strike fear into his opponents. But with this same quick precise style of attack he is capable of great delicacies to the use of his scalpel allowing him to enhance his medical procedures due to his steady hand. [Experiment 971: Himself!] (5 AP) Utilizing his surgical precision he created a second network of chakra within his own body, altering the flow of this chakra network to amplify his own network. [Living Stitches] (4 AP) Through his successful experimentation on himself he learned how to incorporate chakra networks into organisms, with this knowledge he would create long threads to which he'd use to stitch his body together and even connect those same stitches to his bodies chakra network and vital organs. Creating a form of parasitic existence about his body. Should he utilize his chakra to awaken the sleeping stitches and the networks he had incorporated into the long threads as the wounds would appear the Stitches would automatically react to the injury and begin to stitche the would closed. Though these stitches he created have developed a hunger of themselves requiring him to give them a second heart in which to sustain their living essense as his own heart would not support his own body and the 'body' he created in these stitches. Passive) Each Heart Grants +1 Atk/Def, +10 HP, and +1 Element to a Maximum of 3 Hearts. For each 1/4 Of Hei's HP he loses 1 Heart. Special Note) Cannot store custom elements. Special Note) Hearts can only be gained with a DM present and permission of the DM or NPC. Only 1 Heart may be earned per IRL week. Special Note) Hearts may be swapped out including elements / jutsu at the users choice. Special Note) If losing a Heart he doesnt get 'inflicted' 10 HP Damage ontop of reaching that threshhold of losing the heart, the Bonus HP is taken from the top of his Maximum HP.

This jutsu is required by all shinobi as it is considered an essential tool for combat. Focusing on a specific spot. This jutsu is usually use consecutive times to do more Damage. PvP Effect) Rank Ken DMG + 1d4 Special Note) If used consecutively on the same target, each strike after the first gains an additional + 1d4. Stacks up to a maximum of Rank Ken DMG + 3d4.

The falcon would swoop down and attack their target every chance it can get, doing minimal damage. Instead of holding the element within their grasp, they would shoot it outwards and into their target. This would cause a bit of damage. PvP Effect) 1d8 DMG
Name) Inton: Dark Hand Type) Ninjutsu Rank) D CP Cost) 4 RP Description) With their chakra in their hands, the user would send it into the ground. Shooting it over the surface of the ground to their target, they would force a hand of darkness to shoot up and hold them in place momentarily. PvP Effect) Physical Stun - 1d4 Rounds. Stun broken if hit. DEX/STR/CON to Break.

Name) Medical: Assessment Type) Medical Rank) ~ CP Cost) ~ RP Description) Using their knowledge of first aid and the human body, the user is able to make a visual assessment of wounds. If the damage dealt is quite large, the user is able to use chakra assessment. This is done by forcing their chakra onto the body and slowly move over their patient. As they move, the chakra would vibrate gently through their body and be able to assess any internal wounds the patient has. Including, but not limited to: Broken Bones, Nerve Damage, Internal Bleeding etc. PvP Effect) Visual Assessment: Reveals total DMG done in last round, doesn't take turn. Chakra Assessment: Reveals total Missing HP over Fight, takes turn. If done out of combat, Chakra Assessment reveals Current HP and Total HP.
Name) Medical: Basic First Aid Type) Medical Rank) E CP Cost) ~ RP Description) Using their basic first aid understanding and a first aid kit, the user would quickly clean and wrap the wounds. This can only be done minimal times due to the first aid kid. PvP Effect) Heals 1d4 HP Special Note) Only useable once in combat, and twice out of combat. Replenishes when returning to village. Special Note) Anyone can learn this jutsu, regardless if specializing in medical.
Name) Medical: Basic Healing Type) Medical Rank) E CP Cost) 2 RP Description) Focusing a small amount of chakra into their hands, the user would send it into their targets wounds. This would heal minor cuts and close superficial wounds. Taught to most shinobi learning to be medical shinobi. PvP Effect) Heals 1d4 HP
Name) Medical: Minor Healing Type) Medical Rank) D CP Cost) 4 RP Description) Using a bit more chakra, the user would push their chakra into a wound. This would allow them to close wounds that are potentially deeper and close any cuts made through deep tissue. PvP Effect) Heals 1d8 HP
Name) Medical: Regeneration Aid Type) Medical Rank) D CP Cost) 5 RP Description) The user would force their chakra into their targets body. After a moment, chakra would flow into their targets chakra network and increase their natural regeneration for a moment. PvP Effect) +1 CP Regen for 1d4 rounds
Name) Medical: Stop Bleeding Type) Medical Rank) D CP Cost) 4 RP Description) Forcing their chakra into an active would that is bleeding or causing them increased pain. The user would be able to close the wound and allow for the bleeding to stop. PvP Effect) Removes any DoT effects on the user. Special Note) Additonal 2 CP if DoT removed was caused by C Rank Jutsu. Additional 4 CP if DoT removed was caused by B rank Jutsu. Can not be used to removed DoT cause by A Rank and above jutsu.
Name) Medical: Healing Jutsu Type) Medical Rank) C CP Cost) 6 RP Description) Slightly better then Minor Healing, the user is able to use their chakra to close wounds that are down to bone. If given the time, they are able to heal broken bones as well. PvP Effect) Heals 1d10+1 HP Special Note) Can fix broken bones if used out of combat.
Name) Medical: Poison Removal Type) Medical Rank) C CP Cost) 6 CP RP Description) Utilizing their chakra, the user is able to remove a portion of poison from their allies body whilst in combat. If given the time, they can completely remove the poison. PvP Effect) Removes current Damage Over Time caused by poisons C rank and below from their target. Special Note) If used out of combat, HP DMG done by poison is healed as well.
Name) Medical: Enhanced Mitosis Type) Medical Rank) C CP Cost) 6 RP Description)Focusing their chakra into the users tissues, they would focus specifically on their tissue cells. Forcing their chakra into them, they would push their targets cells to replicate at 2x the normal rate, allowing for their natural regeneration to be increased. PvP Effect) Heals 1d6 HP and +1 HP Regen for 1d6 Rounds
Name) Medical: Chakra Scalpel Type) Medical Rank) B CP Cost) 9 RP Description) Chakra scalpel is a technique that is used by medical shinobi who are performing surgery. Able to make a cut on the target without causing infection. It can also be used offensively by highly skilled shinobi, but takes great precision and finesse. The damage done by this jutsu is quite substantial and can only be healed by jutsu of the same rank. Name) Muscle Binding Technique Type) Dark Medical(DEX/WIS) Rank) D CP Cost) 4 CP RP Description) Touching the targets body with his chakra coated hand he can release a wave of chakra into the targets body leaveing their muscles to tighten up leaving them incapable of moving, sheer strength would only cause them far more damage should they try to overpower this jutsu leaving them only that of their own chakra control to correct the disruptive chakra binding together their muscles. PvP Effect) Stun the Target for 1d4-1 (Min 1) Rounds, INT/WIS/CHA to Break. If broken By Taijutsu/Bukijutsu Target takes an Additional 1d4 Damage.
Name) Pre-Requiste Healing Type) Dark Medical(DEX/WIS) Rank) D CP Cost) 3 CP RP Description) Noticing the approaching strike the user of this jutsu would begin to heal their body at the point of impact to reduce the damage their body would sustain from the attack. PvP Effect) DEF Action - No Roll Needed. The User takes 1/4 of the Damage rolled and Heals themselves for 1d4+1 HP.
Name) Chakra Network Sap Type) Dark Medical(DEX/WIS) Rank) C CP Cost) 5 CP RP Description) With the knowledge that the majority of the bodies Chakra Network revolves around the bodies actual major organs the user of this technique would gather chakra into the palms of their hands and release a wave of chakra like fine point needles from the palm of their hand into the opponents body around their organ and pull into any direction they wish to forcably draw chakra from their body and recieve a portion of it to themselves. PvP Effect) Deals 2d4 CP Damage, and Heals the User for 1/2 the Damage dealt(Capped at +5 CP Healed)
Name) Truth Serum Type) Dark Medical(DEX/WIS) Rank) C CP Cost) 7 RP Description) Gathering Chakra around the palms of their Hands the user of this technique would place each palm upon the targets wrist and steadily release a toxic mixture of their chakra into the targets bloodstream, moments after injection the chakra would cause the mind of the target to become hazed and vision to become blurred. With the proper use of lighting the target would be easily tranced for a short period of time forcing them to lose any sense of concious thought patterns and answer the questions asked truthfully, should a lie be told their body would naturally react and the toxin would begin to cause severe pain in the front of the head. With such a loss of concious thought patterns they would naturally revert to making the pain go away. PvP Effect) None RP Effect) Out of Combat the Victim of this Jutsu is forced to tell the truth fur as long as the User maintains grip upon the wrists of the Victim.
Name) Memory Wipe Type) Dark Medical(DEX/WIS) Rank) B CP Cost) 6 CP RP Description) Focusing his chakra into the palms of his hand he can release his chakra into the prefrontal cortex of the brain to cause the chakra to begin to erase portions of memories completely, whether it be an object, a person, anything of interest to the user of this technique. PvP Effect) None. RP Effect) Can wipe the memory of the target for up to 1 IRL Day. Special Note) Must have authority from PC to wipe mind and/or DM. Unless it is a memory regarding Mamoru, Hei then no permission is required.
