Character Advancement

Each character starts at level 1 for Academy Student or level 11 for Genin. Each rank has a maximum level that they can reach. Levels may be earned via DM Events, Role playing, Submissions to the DM Team or by the DM Team being suggested that your character has earned a stat by a higher ranking shinobi. Characters may earn no more than 3 level per week in any way. (Includes DM Events / Role playing / Submission.)


Each character may put their points into any stats. There is a maximum stat limit for each rank (Refer to Stat Limit Post). Stats may be earned via DM Events, Role playing, Submissions to the DM Team or by the DM Team being suggested that your character has earned a stat by a higher ranking shinobi. Characters may earn no more than 6 stats per week in any way^. (Includes DM Events / Role playing / Submission / Suggestion)


Each character has a maximum AP according to the type of character they are playing. This limit is only softly applied and extra AP may be granted to a character if they have earned it. Additional AP will only be granted if the character has progress steadily and has submitted an application to the DM Team for more AP. There is a limit of how much extra AP may be granted depending on that type of character you are playing. The MAXIMUM TOTAL AP that your character may have is 20. This means that Basic / Jinchuriiki* characters can apply for +12 AP, "Clan" characters can apply for +10 AP and"Bloodline" characters can apply for +8 AP.


Roleplay tokens will be granted via DM Events or simply given to players that are actively roleplaying by a DM. Roleplay tokens will not be used to purchase Abilities, Levels or stats but instead be used to purchase things such as Tools / Items / Weapons etc. Everything bought with roleplay tokens will be refundable or interchangeable between all of your characters and a log of what roleplay tokens are spent on must be kept by each character.

(^ A log of what characters earn stats each week will be kept by the DM Team. If a DM grants you a stat and you have already earnt your 6 for the week, you are liable for cheating. You will lose the granted stat as well as docked 2 additional stats for cheating. The DM will also be questioned as to why they did not follow policy.)

(* When talking about a maximum of +12 Additional AP and MAXIMUM TOTAL AP of 20, this does not consider the +1 per tail that Jinchuriki gain. This means that Jinchuriki can have 20 AP + 1 per each tail. E.G, 4 tails may have 20 AP + 4 for it's 4 tails.)
