RP Description) With a short seal chain, the user would send out a gust of wind directly at their opponent to do minimal damage.
PvP Effect) 1d4 DMG

Name) Fuuton: Breezed Block
Type) Ninjutsu

RP Description) Utilizing their chakra, the user would push it outwards. This would allow the wind around them to push the melee attacker to the side and cause them to miss.
PvP Effect) WIS Block VS Melee.
Special Note) Can not be used to block B rank and above jutsu.

(D Rank)

Name) Fuuton: Tool Assistance
Type) Supplementary
Rank) D
CP Cost) 2 CP per tool thrown
RP Description) The user is able to throw their ninja tools and push their chakra into the wind. The wind would surround their tools and allow for easier aiming.
PvP Effect) Allows Ninja Tools to be thrown with WIS. No negatives apply when throwing multiple.

Name) Fuuton: Cutting Wind
Type) Ninjutsu
Rank) D
CP Cost) 4
RP Description) After performing the seals, the user would focus their chakra. Pushing it out quickly, they would force the wind rapidly at their opponent and cut them quite deeply.
PvP Effect) 1d6 DMG, 2 DR Pierce.

Name) Fuuton: Quickened Step
Type) Supplementary
Rank) D
CP Cost) 3
RP Description) Focusing their chakra before attacking with a melee attack. The user would push the wind to around them and increase their speed briefly to allow for a faster attack.
PvP Effect) Free Action) Must be used before a Melee ATK - Adds +1 to ATK Roll


(C Rank)

Name) Fuuton: Katon Reversal
Type) Ninjutsu

CP Cost) 6
RP Description) Due to wind;s reaction with fire, those that practice fuuton can gain the upper hand vs katon users. If they are quick enough, the user is able to blow an excessive amount of wind out of their mouth to turn the attackers katon jutsu around and send it straight back at them.
PvP Effect) WIS Block +1 VS Fire Jutsu. If Successful, Attacker rolls Jutsu DMG and takes it themselves.
Special Note) If Blocking B Rank, +2 CP. If Blocking A Rank, +4 CP. Can not block S Rank.

Name) Fuuton: Debris Shot
Type) Ninjutsu

RP Description) Due to the nature of Fuuton, it can be used in numerous ways. Debris shot is well known for picking up anything on the battlefield and flinging it at the opponent to hurt them.
PvP Effect) 2d6 DMG

Name) Fuuton: Quiet Step
Type) Supplementary

CP Cost) 5
RP Description) Utilizing their chakra, the user is able to naturalize the wind around themselves and allies, giving them an upper hand if they wish to hide. This is greatly used to engage before a battle.
PvP Effect) +5 to Concealment Rolls for user and allies for 1d4 rounds.

(B Rank)

Name) Fuuton: Wind Dragon
Type) Ninjutsu

RP Description) Every element is known to have it's own dragon. The wind dragon is known for whipping past the target quickly and ripping into their skin without hesitation.
PvP Effect) +1 VS Block - 2d8 + 1d4 DMG, Pierces DR

Name) Fuuton: Whirlwind
Type) Ninjutsu

CP Cost) 10
RP Description) Focusing their chakra into the wind, the user would push the chakra towards their opponenet. It would pick up instantly, and surround them in a whirlwind that traps them. It would remove the wind from within making it hard to breath, and suffocate them slowly.
PvP Effect) Target can not ATK or Dodge for 1d6 rounds. They may still block, but suffer -1 to DEF Roll. Each round they take 1d4 DMG (Rolled each Round). If they are hit, the whirlwind is broken. DEX/STR/CON to break.

(A Rank)

Name) Fuuton: Flight
Type) Supplementary
Rank) A
CP Cost) 8 + 2 per round maintained
RP Description) Focusing their chakra into their feet, the user is able to lift themselves up and virtually fly. THis assists in becoming quicker, allowing for them to dodge and strike their opponent easier.
PvP Effect) +2 to Dodge and Melee Attack rolls.
special Note) Lasts until user decides to cancel it.

Name) Fuuton: Grand Piercing Winds
Type) Ninjutsu
Rank) A
CP Cost) 14
RP Description) Utilizing their chakra and the winds around them, the user would force the winds to pick up. As it does, it would become painfully strong and slice at all of the opponents on the field without remorse.
PvP Effect) AoE, All Opponenets - 3d6 + 1 DMG, Pierces 4 DR

(S Rank)

Name) Fuuton: Tornado
Type) Ninjutsu
Rank) S
CP Cost) 20
RP Description) The pinnacle of Fuuton Jutsu, Tornado is considered dangersous and foolish to use. Pushing their chakra outwards, they would send a large tornado over the battlefield to hit everyone and everything in it's way. Once it is formed, they user is only able to control it for a brief moment, before it is let lose for a few minutes.
PvP Effect) 3d8 + 3d6 DMG to all those in area.
Special Note) User takes 1/4 DMG Rolled. Allies gain +2 to DEF vs Jutsu and take 1/2 DMG if hit.
