| [Senju] (14 AP) The Senju clan was one of the clans responsible for founding the first shinobi village: Konohagakure — the other being their rival Uchiha clan. The Senju are descendants of Asura Ōtsutsuki, the younger son of Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki. Through Asura, the Senju inherited the Hagoromo's "body", granting them a powerful life force and chakra. Unlike most other clans, the Senju never developed a trademark ability or style of combat, its members instead being equally proficient in all the ninja arts. It is from this balance that they acquired their name, "Senju" (千手, Literally meaning: "a thousand skills", "a thousand hands"), in reference to their being "the clan with a thousand skills" (「千の手を持つ一族」, "sen no te o motsu ichizoku"). The Senju are distant relatives of the Uzumaki clan, and for that reason the two clans remained close allies throughout the years. Members at times married between clans, as with Maraha Senju (First Hokage) and Keeiko Uzumaki, and the Uzumaki would provide fūinjutsu whenever the Senju needed one performed. Instead of sticking, they become buoyant and are able to stand on water surfaces or surfaces they would normally sink into. Considered an essential tool for combat. It is taught in many ways but the simplest way is using their chakra to vibrate and loosen the restraints allowing them to escape. Name) Yume: Nascent Nightmares Type) Genjutsu Rank) E CP Cost) 2 RP Description) The user releases a directed burst of Yume chakra at a target. When the chakra takes hold it would afflict its target with small waking nightmares in their peripheral vision often causing them to use chakra to respond to these phantom threats. PvP Effect) 2 CP Damage for 2 Rounds Special Note) No DMG Bonuses apply. If used multiple times on a target, CP Damage is not increased but rounds continue to stack. Name) Yume: Misdirection Type) Ninjutsu Rank) E CP Cost) 2 RP Description) Eladar uses his dream release to create a phantom image of himself. The illusion only lasts a short moment but is usually enough to let Eladar reposition himself safely. PvP Effect) Substitution
Name) Yume: Fear Type) Genjutsu Rank) D CP Cost) 3 RP Description) After releasing a concentrated blast of Yume Chakra at their opponent, the target would suddenly feel fear flowing through their body, unable to react the fear would paralyze them. The chakra works by causing a physiological response and as such does not work on the non-living. PvP Effect) Mental Stun - 1d4 Rounds. Stun broken if hit. WIS/INT/CHA to Break.
Name) Yume: Body Shock Type) Ninjutsu Rank) D CP Cost) 3 RP Description) The target is afflicted by a sudden need to react however the technique shuts down small muscle groups causing the target to harm themself as they react, activating some muscles while others refuse to react causing minor tears in their body. PvP Effect) 1D6 + 1 Ninjutsu DMG.
Name) Yume: Adrenaline Control Type) Genjutsu Rank) C CP Cost) 6 RP Description) The user enters a targets mind, activating their adrenaline pathways. The target feels ready to fight, like a threat is nearby and likely become agitated. The side effect is they begin to bleed chakra into all their actions, wasting it as they do so. PvP Effect) 2 CP Damage for 1d4+1 Rounds. Special Note) CP DMG Bonuses apply, but only on first hit not each round. If used multiple times on a target, CP Damage is not increased but rounds continue to stack.
Name) Yume: No Lies Type) Genjutsu Rank) C CP Cost) 5 RP Description) The user enters a targets mind, feeling the small changes in their mind that indicate truth or lies. They feel this as white (truth) and purple (lies). This deception plays across their vision on the body of the target making it easy to perceive lies and truth. PvP Effect) The user can tell if the target lies for 10mins RL. If the target succeeds at resisting they are aware a Genjutsu was used on them.
Name) Yume: Reality Slide Type) Ninjutsu Rank) B CP Cost) 8 RP Description) Eladar creates a second overlay of reality in the eyes of his opponent by drawing on their dreams and forcing them to experience reality and the dream simultaneously. This leads them to seeing things that aren't there. PvP Effect) -2 to ATK/DEF Rolls for 1D4+1 Rounds. Special Note) Can be removed with a CON/WIS/INT Roll. Failure takes the users turn.
Name) Yume: Lesser Dreamscape Type) Ninjutsu Rank) B CP Cost) 9 + 4 HP RP Description) Eladar creates a zone in which he has a limited control over what is 'real'. This lets him choose temporarily what 'exists'. The jutsu is technically limited only to Eladars ability to enforce his will. PvP Effect) 1d4 +1 Rounds, All enemies that try to ATK must first roll DEF vs Eladar. INT/WIS/CHA vs Eladar'sWIS. If fail, the ATK is negated, and 1/2 of the CP Cost of the jutsu spent is returned. On Success, ATK continues as normal. During the duration, all of Eladar's allies (And Eladar) may chose to reroll a failed ATK that fails, but suffer -2 to the roll and must pay the CP Cost again.
Inton Jutsu - Spoiler:
Name) Inton: Dark Hand Type) Ninjutsu Rank) D CP Cost) 4 RP Description) With their chakra in their hands, the user would send it into the ground. Shooting it over the surface of the ground to their target, they would force a hand of darkness to shoot up and hold them in place momentarily. PvP Effect) Physical Stun - 1d4 Rounds. Stun broken if hit. DEX/STR/CON to Break.
Name) Inton: Dark Shot Type) Ninjutsu Rank) D CP Cost) 4 RP Description) Similar to dark marble, the user would focus their chakra into their hands. Instead of holding the element within their grasp, they would shoot it outwards and into their target. This would cause a bit of damage. PvP Effect) 1d8 DMG
Name) Inton: Double Whip Type) Ninjutsu Rank) C CP Cost) 7 RP Description) The user would form a whip in each hand made out of pure darkness. With a flick of each wrist, their chakra would expand the whip increasingly to allow for them to whip their target a single time with each whip, no matter the distance. PvP Effect) 2x ATK Rolls. Each Successful hit does 1d8 DMG. Special Note) If user has Bokijutsu DMG Bonus, may apply it to this jutsu. Special Note) Only Ninjutsu or Bokijutsu DMG bonus may be applied, not both.
Name) Inton: Shadow Clone Type) Ninjutsu Rank) B CP Cost) 8 Per Clone + 2 Per Round Maintained Per Clone RP Description) Similar to the basic Clone Technique, this technique creates copies of the user. However, these clones are corporeal instead of illusions. The clones are capable of performing techniques, including the Shadow Clone Technique itself, on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after hit by a strong enough force. The clones can also disperse on their own or be dispelled by the user of the technique. PvP Effect) Create Clone) 2d6 Rounds. HP = Users CON Mod +20. CP = Users CHA Mod + 10. Name) Fuuinjutsu: Steel Seal Type) Fuuinjutsu Rank) D CP Cost) 1 - 5, 1xKunai RP Description) The user performs the Fuuinjutsu by performing the seals around a kunai. This gives their skin the properties of the kunai for the briefest of moments, absorbing the force of a strike. PvP Effect) User gains 2 + 1 Destroyable DR per CP Spent. Can be used as DEF. Special Note) Destroyable DR means once it is gone, it is gone. This DR can not be pierced or ignored.
Name) Fuuinjutsu: Dreamers Mark Type) Fuuinjutsu Rank) C CP Cost) 6 CP RP Description) A Fuuinjutsu that Eladar has had tattooed on his forearm and is activated by a blood smeared to seal the two halves of the Fuuinjutsu together, it activates his Dream Release chakra nature to such a level that his 'Dream State' appears to grow a third arm of chakra, allowing him to complete jutsu with one hand. PvP Effect) +2 to Yume Jutsu Rolls for D4+2 Rounds. Special Note) May spend 2 HP to remove a Physical Stun while the jutsu lasts.
Name) Fuuinjutsu: Partial Beast Seal Activation Type) Fuuinjutsu Rank) C CP Cost) 6 RP Description) A technique created by the Mizukage to force Jinchuuriki to come to terms with and learn control of their Bijuu. The user is forced to enter melee combat with the Jinchuuriki, the user slaps their hand against the chest of their target, unleashing the Seal. Pulsing their chakra through the seal they would unleash some of the Bijuu chakra into the target forcing them to activate the Jinchuuriki Cloak. The Mizukage never released knowledge of this jutsu to the other villages, only teaching very specific individuals whose job it was to train and guard the villages Jinchuuriki. PvP Effect - Unseal) DEX - Forces a Jinchuriki's partial beast form, forcing them into their 2 tailed partial beast form, or pushing them to +2 their current Partial Beast Tail for 1d4+1 Rounds (E.G if 1 Tail active in partial beast, activates 3 tails for 1d4+1 rounds. After rounds are finished, returns to 1 tail. Special Note) No ATK Roll is needed if the intended target complies and allows the user to seal it or is unable to stop them. Special Note) Tailed beast must have required tails to activate, or they are force to their maximum. (E,G 4 tails in 1 tailed beast is forced to 3 tails. 2 tails in 1 tailed beast is forced to 2 tails.
Name) Fuuinjutsu: Partial Beast Seal Enforcement Type) Fuuinjutsu Rank) C CP Cost) 6 RP Description) A technique created by the first hokage to ensure that all chuunin and above are able to control their jinchuriki if they get out of control. The user would close the gap between them and a partial chakra beast jinchuriki, and place their hand to their chest. Pulsing their chakra, they would force the beast back into the jinchuriki's body and seal them away for a short duration. The hokage sent a copy of this jutsu, on a scroll, to the other four villages as a precatuon to ensure they too are kept safe. PvP Effect - Seal) DEX - Removes a Jinchuriki's partial beast form, up to 2 tails maximum and stops the use of it for 1d4+1 rounds. Special Note) No ATK Roll is needed if the intended target complies and allows the user to seal it or is unable to stop them. Special Note) Can be taught to anyone Chuunin rank and above, even without Fuuinjutsu ability unlocked.
Name) Fuuinjutsu: Elemental Seal Type) Fuuinjutsu Rank) B CP Cost) 10 RP Description) Dashing at the target, the user would slame their palm into their target. Forcing a seal onto their body that would seal any use of the five main elemental jutsus. This is used to train fuuinjutsu users to break seals, but has been implemented for battle use. PvP Effect) DEX ATK - 1d6+1 Rounds Target may not use elemental jutsu. CON/CHA to break. Special Note) Can be unsealed via Element Unseal by a Fuuinjutsu user.
Name) Clone Rave Party Type) Fuuinjutsu Rank) B CP Cost) 6 CP + 2 Per Additional Clone RP Description) This one is an Eladar original. After seeing the effectiveness that Hananki had using specialised clones Eladar adapted his own. He prefers to use Shadow Clones but to further enhance them he created the 'Clone Rave Party' Fuuinjutsu. A seal imbuement that improves the clones speed, power and most of all how long they can be maintained. PvP Effect) All Clones gain +1D4 HP DMG/Jutsu, 2 DR Pierce and last an additional 1D4+1 Rounds. This lasts for the duration of the Clones. Special Note) Clones may use their own chakra to maintain for the 1D4+1 Rounds added by this jutsu.
Name) Seal of the Iron Fortress Type) Fuuinjutsu Rank) B CP Cost) 8 + 2 Per Round (If Chosen) RP Description) The user of this Fuuinjutsu performs the seal on their hand then places a kunai over it. The kunai is absorbed into the seal and pulled apart by the chakra within till it's absorbed into the skin of the user, held their by the chakra and functioning as a second skin over the first. When this jutsu is used the users skin takes on a darker hue. PvP Effect) +6 HP DR/Round Universal for 1D4+2 Rounds Special Note) If chosen refers to the users choice to maintain the DR as long as they wish, once the rounds are up.
Genjutsu - Spoiler:
Name) Genjutsu: Dream Type) Genjutsu Rank) E CP Cost) 1 RP Description) Pushing their chakra outwards, the user would force themselves into the targets mind. Pushing whatever image they wanted, they would briefly stun them. PvP Effect) 1 Round stun. Stun is broken if hit. INT/WIS/CHA to Break. Special Note) Genin gain +1 DEF vs Jutsu, Chuunin gain +2 DEF vs Jutsu, Jounin gain +3 DEF vs Jutsu.
Name) Genjutsu: Weight Type) Genjutsu Rank) E CP Cost) 2 RP Description) The user would force an image of weights being applied to their targets ankles. This would slowly them down in their mind causing them to think they have to put more effort into moving. PvP Effect) -1 DEX Rolls for 1d4-1 (Min 1) Rounds. Negative removed if hit. INT/WIS/CHA to Break.
Fuuton Jutsu - Spoiler:
Name) Fuuton: Katon Reversal Type) Ninjutsu Rank) C CP Cost) 6 RP Description) Due to wind;s reaction with fire, those that practice fuuton can gain the upper hand vs katon users. If they are quick enough, the user is able to blow an excessive amount of wind out of their mouth to turn the attackers katon jutsu around and send it straight back at them. PvP Effect) WIS Block +1 VS Fire Jutsu. If Successful, Attacker rolls Jutsu DMG and takes it themselves. Special Note) If Blocking B Rank, +2 CP. If Blocking A Rank, +4 CP. Can not block S Rank.
