Medical Jutsu is not something that anyone can get into just for fun. Medical requires dedication and reflects that via character development. Medical is a very specialized field, and most medical shinobi spend their life learning to become a medical shinobi to help others. This is usually shown by their strength in medical jutsu, whilst their other jutsu / specializations suffer. Due to the dedication and control it takes to learn Medical Jutsu, Medical jutsu have a special rule when it comes to weekly learning. D and C Rank jutsu take 2 out of 5 weekly jutsu lesson. B take 3 out of 5 weekly jutsu lessons. A rank takes 4 out of 5 weekly lessons. S rank takes 5 out of 5 weekly lessons.

Name) Medical: Assessment
Type) Medical

RP Description) Using their knowledge of first aid and the human body, the user is able to make a visual assessment of wounds. If the damage dealt is quite large, the user is able to use chakra assessment. This is done by forcing their chakra onto the body and slowly move over their patient. As they move, the chakra would vibrate gently through their body and be able to assess any internal wounds the patient has. Including, but not limited to: Broken Bones, Nerve Damage, Internal Bleeding etc.
PvP Effect) Visual Assessment: Reveals total DMG done in last round, doesn't take turn. Chakra Assessment: Reveals total Missing HP over Fight, takes turn. If done out of combat, Chakra Assessment reveals Current HP and Total HP.

(E Rank)

Name) Medical: Basic First Aid
Type) Medical

CP Cost) ~
RP Description) Using their basic first aid understanding and a first aid kit, the user would quickly clean and wrap the wounds. This can only be done minimal times due to the first aid kid.
PvP Effect) Heals 1d4 HP
Special Note) Only useable once in combat, and twice out of combat. Replenishes when returning to village.
Special Note) Anyone can learn this jutsu, regardless if specializing in medical.

Name) Medical: Basic Healing
Type) Medical
Rank) E
CP Cost) 2
RP Description) Focusing a small amount of chakra into their hands, the user would send it into their targets wounds. This would heal minor cuts and close superficial wounds. Taught to most shinobi learning to be medical shinobi.
PvP Effect) Heals 1d4 HP

(D Rank)

Name) Medical: Minor Healing
Type) Medical
Rank) D
CP Cost) 4
RP Description) Using a bit more chakra, the user would push their chakra into a wound. This would allow them to close wounds that are potentially deeper and close any cuts made through deep tissue.
PvP Effect) Heals 1d8 HP

Name) Medical: Regeneration Aid
Type) Medical
Rank) D
CP Cost) 5
RP Description) The user would force their chakra into their targets body. After a moment, chakra would flow into their targets chakra network and increase their natural regeneration for a moment.
PvP Effect) +1 CP Regen for 1d4 rounds

Name) Medical: Stop Bleeding
Type) Medical
Rank) D
CP Cost) 4
RP Description) Forcing their chakra into an active would that is bleeding or causing them increased pain. The user would be able to close the wound and allow for the bleeding to stop.
PvP Effect) Removes any DoT effects on the user caused by D Rank and below jutsu.
Special Note) Additonal 2 CP if DoT removed was caused by C Rank Jutsu. Additional 4 CP if DoT removed was caused by B rank Jutsu. Can not be used to removed DoT cause by A Rank and above jutsu.

(C Rank)

Name) Medical: Healing Jutsu
Type) Medical
Rank) C
CP Cost) 6
RP Description) Slightly better then Minor Healing, the user is able to use their chakra to close wounds that are down to bone. If given the time, they are able to heal broken bones as well.
PvP Effect) Heals 1d10+1 HP
Special Note) Can fix broken bones if used out of combat.

Name) Medical: Poison Removal
Type) Medical
Rank) C
CP Cost) 6 CP
RP Description) Utilizing their chakra, the user is able to remove a portion of poison from their allies body whilst in combat. If given the time, they can completely remove the poison.
PvP Effect) Removes current Damage Over Time caused by poisons B rank and below from their target.
Special Note) If used out of combat, HP DMG done by poison is healed as well.

Name) Medical: Enhanced Mitosis
Type) Medical
Rank) C
CP Cost) 6
RP Description)Focusing their chakra into the users tissues, they would focus specifically on their tissue cells. Forcing their chakra into them, they would push their targets cells to replicate at 2x the normal rate, allowing for their natural regeneration to be increased.
PvP Effect) Heals 1d6 HP and +1 HP Regen for 1d6 Rounds

Name) Medical: Basic First Aid
Type) Medical

RP Description) Using their first aid knowledge, user is able to apply bandages, ointments or wraps to wounds. This is taught to most shinobi just in case there are no medical shinobi around. This can only be done for certain wounds, and is not recomended to be done if you are alone in combat.
PvP Effect) Heals 1d8 HP
Special Note) Only useable once in combat (Not on User), and twice out of combat. Replenishes when returning to village.
Special Note) Anyone can learn this jutsu, regardless if specializing in medical.

(B Rank)

Name) Medical: Intermediate Healing
Type) Medical
Rank) B
CP Cost) 10
RP Description) Focusing their chakra to a higher standard, this healing jutsu is standard for most medical shinobi. Allowing the user to heal substantial amounts of damage and even repair internal organs that have been damaged.
PvP Effect) Heals 2d8 HP

Name) Medical: Eye Implant
Type) Medical
Rank) B
CP Cost) ~
RP Description) A surgery that some medical shinobi chose to learn. Eye implant allows for the medical shinobi to implant an eye into their target without damaging it and keep it's properties.
PvP Effect) Not usable in battle. Surgery performed with DM Permission and PC permission.

Name) Medical: Body Retention
Type) Medical
Rank) B
CP Cost) 9
RP Description) Focusuing their chakra, the user is able to repair any current lingering damage on the target that may be inhibiting their performance. This is quite a useful jutsu, as it can change the tide of battle.
PvP Effect) Removes any negatives applied to the target by A Rank and below jutsu.

Name) Medical: Chakra Scalpel
Type) Medical Taijutsu
Rank) B
CP Cost) 9
RP Description) Chakra scalpel is a technique that is used by medical shinobi who are performing surgery. Able to make a cut on the target without causing infection. It can also be used offensively by highly skilled shinobi, but takes great precision and finesse. The damage done by this jutsu is quite substantial and can only be healed by jutsu of the same rank.
PvP Effect) DEX vs DEF, 2d8 + 1d4 DMG
Special Note) HP DMG caused by chakra scalpel can only be healed by B Rank and above Healing Jutsu.

(A Rank)

Name) Medical: Mass Rejuvenation
Type) Medical
Rank) A
CP Cost) 10 + 2 per Target
RP Description) The user would focus their chakra and send out a wave of it. AS the chakra enters their allies, it would focus on all the current damage that is radiating through their bodies and repair it quickly.
PvP Effect) Mass AoE - All Alies) 2d8 HP Healed

Name) Medical: Limb Reattaching
Type) Medical
Rank) A
CP Cost) ~
RP Description) Surgery jutsu used by medical shinobi to reattached a limb removed by traumatic event. Quite a difficult procedure, but those that are capable shinobi are able to reattach the limb so it functions just as if it was never removed.
PvP Effect) Not Useable in Battle - Surgery to reattach any removed limb from their target. (Apart from the head.)

Name) Medical: Advanced Healing
Type) Medical
Rank) A
CP Cost) 14
RP Description) With a larger amount of chakra, the user is able to push their chakra into a target and heal a large wound. This is used in dire situations, and can be used to quickly reconnect damaged nerves, heavy bleeding and even close stab wound, with an entrance and exit point, instantly.
PvP Effect) Heals 2d10 HP

Name) Medical: Chakra Replacement

RP Description) Chakra replacement is a medical jutsu that was developed to allow for medical shinobi to aid offensively aswell. Most medical shinobi do not aid in combat, and are only present to heal those that are in combat. It is not common for medical shinobi to finish a battle with their chakra untouched so chakra replacement allows for the user to give their chakra to another.
PvP Effect) CP Cost X is equal to the amount of CP spent by the user. Amount of CP spent is given to target. (Max 11 CP)

(S Rank)

Name) Medical: Resuscitation
Type) Medical

CP Cost) 20
RP Description) Resuscitation is a very advanced medical technique. It is the ability to push their Chakra into a presumed dead or unconscious patient's heart and potentially wake them up. This can be considered to be a dangerous jutsu as if performed wrong, the user could potentially kill the patient forever if there was a chance of them being bought back.
PvP Effect) Heals 3d8+2 HP to an unconscious or "Dead" target and awakens them. If the taret was dead, and their HP is not restored to 1/10 of their maximum HP pool, the target is considered permanently dead.
Special Note) If used out of combat, the target can be healed from a maximum of -40 HP, if done within 30 IRL minutes of them hitting that HP level.
Special Note) Can not be used on conscious targets.

Name) Medical: Perfect Healing
Type) Medical

RP Description) Considered to be the best medical technique. The user focus their chakra and pulses it into their targets body. The chakra would radiate around their target and force any open wounds closed and any bleeding to instantly stop. The chakra would allow the target to be healed for a substantial amount and it can even be used to stop arterial bleeds that would otherwise kill a patient.
PvP Effect) Heals 3d10 HP

Name) Medical: Homeostasis
Type) Medical

CP Cost) 20 + 5 per target
RP Description) This technique is said to be the most required medical jutsu by any higher ranking medical shinobi if a war is to erupt. Using their chakra in a large mass, the user would send it into their targets. As their chakra enters their targets bodies, it would search through their body for any harm or danger that they might be in and instantly remove it. The only downfall to this jutsu is that it takes a small amount of time to ready, and if interrupt whilst doing it, the jutsu will fail.
PvP Effect) First Round) User spends Initial 20 CP. Second Round) User spends 5 CP per target. User and allies chosen have All negatives, All Poisons, All DoT removed and then Heal 2d10 HP. For 1d6 rounds after the jutsu, all targets and user are considered "Immune" to Negatives, Poisons and DoT applied by B rank and below Jutsu.
Special Note) User may not get hit between their first and second round, or just is broken. They may DEF freely, and all their allies can DEF freely for them each time they are attacked, without the loss of their turn.
Special Note) If hit by a B rank and below jutsu that does DMG and would normally apply a Negative, Poison or DoT during the 1d6 rounds, DMG is still applied but the Negative, Poison or DoT is not.
