This jutsu is required by all shinobi as it is considered an essential tool for combat. This would allow for a small portion of the impact they take to be removed. PvP Effect) User gains 1 Destroyable DR per CP Spent. Can be used as DEF. Special Note) Destroyable DR means once it is gone, it is gone. This DR can not be pierced or ignored.

The fireball would hit their enemy, and leave a little flame on their target slowly burning them. PvP Effect) 1 DMG for 1d4 Rounds Special Note) Target may spend their turn putting fire out to negate DoT.

However, they would send out two small sized fireballs that float like a wisp. The wisps would speed towards their target, and impact separately to make it harder to defend. PvP Effect) 2x ATK Rolls. Name) Katon: Fire Dragon Type) Ninjutsu Rank) B CP Cost) 9 RP Description) The Dragon jutsu are known throughout the land. Each of the elements hast their own. The fire dragon is known for it's larger size and the fact that it lingers even after the dragon is gone. PvP Effect) +1 VS Block - 2d8 DMG and 2 DMG for 1d4 Rounds. Name) Raiton: Stun Gun Type) Ninjutsu / Taijutsu Rank) D CP Cost) 4 RP Description) The user would coat their fist in electricity. The difference between this electricity and normal is that the voltage is not high enough to damage, but enough to temporarily stun. The user can either shoot it at the target, or dash and punch them with it. PvP Effect) 1d4 Round Stun. DEX/STR/CON to break if caught. DMG breaks stun.

When the wars still raged on and the deaths on the battlefields were growing in numbers, there were few that could see passed what was happening and to the future of the shinobi world. Those that didn't continued to fight and shed blood throughout the world, but those that could see, lay down their weapons and hoped for a future. It was during this time, that a powerful man come to find a beautiful woman in one of the small villages on the outskirts of nowhere. It was this woman, that would become the birth of some of the strongest shinobi that would walk the world and hopefully bring peace to the time of war. The woman's name was Anko Shibumi and she, herself, was nothing but a civilian in terms of power and war. There was nothing special about her, but it was the man that she slept with, that would push her name into the existance of the shinobi world.
Although the war still ravaged on, this woman was known to have two children. These children would grow and become strong, possibly having children of there own but it was the characteristic of their eyes which most found intriguing. Their eyes were able to transform and harness the power of the Rinnengan, but not in all it's glory. The DNA of their father, who shall stay a secret, mixed with the civilian qualities of their mother, and forced a mutation of the strands. This mutation would come to be the birth of the Inperfect Rinnengan, and in times of peace, would become the existance of the third great dojutsu. The children also inherited their fathers ability to utilize and wield the five element and use them to great power. They use them in sync to one another, and are able to empower each attack as if it was apart of the first. This is seen as moulding and creating new jutsu on the fly, but in reality, the user is just utilizing the strength of each element to empower the other.
[Inperfect Rinnengan] (Special Passive) The Inperfect Rinnegan, is reputed as a carbon copy of the most exalted eye amongst the "Three Great Dōjutsu", the others being the Sharingan and the Byakugan. Although it is not the complete Rinnengan, it is still considered to be the third great Dōjutsu in a time of peace. It is said that in times of disorder, one who wields the original Rinnegan is sent down from the heavens to become either a "God of Creation" who will calm the world or a "God of Destruction" who will reduce everything to nothingness. The Inperfect Rinnengan is just a fragment of that, and although it is not capable of doing what the original can, it is still a great strength to those that wield it. The power of someone who wields the Inperfect Rinnengan can be decided by how many rings they have in their eye, not including the iris. It ranges from one, to four and the amount of rings they have dictates how powerful they are. One, being that they may not even know they have the Rinnengan itself and just have weird eyes. Four being they posses a power similiar to that of the three tomo sharingan. Unlike the Byakungan and Sharingan, wielders of the Inperfect Rinnengan to not use their Chakra whilst they have their eye active. Instead, they must use a decent amount of chakra on activation to use it.

*Wielders of Inperfect Rinnengan can seen and read CP Levels. Like the Byakugan they can even see the Tenketsu points, however, they can not see and read chakra if there is anyform of interference with the target. (E.G Obstacles / Smoke / Another person etc)
[Chakra Absorption] Inperfect Rinnengan must be active. Defensive - 5 CP- WIS vs ATK Roll - User is able to absorb any elemental jutsu that is being directed at them (Including custom ACN / KT) and restore chakra according to how much power was put behind the ATK. If successfull Attacker rolls DMG and user regains CP equal to 1/2 DMG that would have been taken.
[Repulsion / Attraction] Repulsion - Inperfect Rinnengan must be active. DEF - 3 CP + 1/2 Jutsu Cost Attacker Uses - User is able to use their chakra to send back an elemental jutsu (Including custom ACN / KT) towards their chosen target. User rolls WIS vs ATK Roll and on success, is able to direct at a target of their choosing. Chosen target must then roll DEF vs the users original WIS Roll. If they are successful, noone takes DMG. If they are not, original attacker rolls DMG and the chosen target takes the DMG Rolled.
Attraction - Inperfect Rinnengan must be active. Free Action - DEF - 3 CP - User is able to use their chakra to attract an elemental jutsu (Including custom ACN / KT) towards them. User rolls WIS vs ATK Roll and on success, original target is safe and user of this jutsu becomes the target. User is then able to DEF against the attackers jutsu as if they were the original target.
[Elemental Prowess] (9 AP - Must Have) The power of the the Shibumi doesn't only come from their eyes but from the blood that runs through their bodies. It is said that the blood the Shibumi have is similar to that of the Senju for their elemental control but in a different strand. Unlike the Senju, they do not possess the power to combine elements, instead they just empower their elemental ninjutsu so strongly that being multiple is deadly. Even from a young age they are seen utilizing all five elements and using them to great degrees. They become masters of the elements in just months and rival that of the Uchiha when it comes to using multiple jutsu on the battlefield. [Chakra Combination] (5 AP) Shibumi are not only know for their strange eyes, but they are known for the fact that they can cast multiple elements of jutsu at a single time. This is done to a perfected state, as they are able to empower each of the justu separately, then use them to empower one another to create a great attack. Shibumi believe that elemental ninjutsu is not only meant for power, but it is an art and one must treat it as such. They believe that every element is powerful in it's own mind, and should not be taken for granted.
