The laws that all medical shinobi of Konoha must abide by have been made public and sanctioned by the current head of the Konoha hospital. A well known medical shinobi throughout the world who is capable of healing and mending any and all wounds. One that can heal someone who has been dead for hours, reattach limbs with a single finger and even reattach a severed head and allow the person to live. THe rules must be followed to a key and those that break them, will be removed from the Medical Corps of Konoha and banished from being taught or practicing medical jutsu within the walls of Konoha. The second law was changed from the original to accompany for the lack of current strength and allows medical shinobi to fight but must always put healing their allies first.
First Law: "No medic ninja shall ever stop medical treatment until the lives of their party members have come to an end."
Second Law: "No medic ninja shall ever stand on the front line unless a dire situation calls for it but must always put healing their allies above fighting."
Third Law: "No medic ninja shall ever die until they are the last of their platoon."
Fourth Law: "Only those medic ninja who have mastered the Strength of a Hundred Technique of the ninja art Creation Rebirth are permitted to discard the above-mentioned laws."
