The chakra beasts take mold with the wielder, becoming one with their chakra. The beast itself, is set by the nature it can use but depending on the host, the powers will change. Each time the beast is sealed, it's chakra molds with the new host and becomes different. The diversity that each beast shows is quite large, and depending on it's host, it can become quite deadly.
